Refund & Exchange Policy

At O'Pine Studio, we strive to provide the highest quality services and ensure our clients are satisfied with their experience. This Refund and Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted. By using our services, you agree to the terms of this Refund & Exchange Policy.

Services

Unsatisfactory Services: If you are not satisfied with the service you received, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will make every effort to address your concerns and, if necessary, offer a complimentary correction service. Refunds for services will be considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the discretion of the studio management.

Products

Returns: We accept returns of unopened, unused retail products within 7 days of purchase, accompanied by the original receipt. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.


We are sorry that we do Not accept exchanges in the following circumstances:

  • Goods sold for more than 7 days;

  • The product has been opened (except for deterioration) ;

  • Improper use or damage to goods caused by human factors;

  • Lost Order delivery note or receipt.

  • Allergic reactions (not suitable for the customer to use the product). If customers find themselves sensitive to the products, it may be unsuitable for the customer to use the product. O'Pine Studio does not have any liability or bear any associated costs.

  • Product that has “gone bad” but is used at more than 25% of the original capacity. If the customer suspects that the product has “gone bad”, we will direct the issue to the relevant manufacturer or distributor for inspection and verification. The normal processing time is one month. If the product is deemed deteriorated, we are willing to accept exchanges.

  • Product that is not in original condition, damaged or fragmented.

  • Product that already shown not accepted for return or with special discount.

  • Any free gifts, accessories and trial gifts.

O'Pine Studio reserves all rights of the final decision on goods exchange or relevant matters.

Exchange Terms
Customers can exchange once for the same product. We do not accept further exchanges of the replacement product. In any circumstances, we only offer exchange service, a refund will not be provided.

· O'Pine Studio is not responsible for the quality of supplier-free gifts and trial items and does not provide replacement service.
· O'Pine Studio is not responsible for any responsibility for any errors or problems caused by improper use of the product.
· O'Pine Studio reserves all rights of the final decision on goods exchange or relevant matters.

Deposits

Booking Deposits: Deposits required to secure appointments for certain bookings are non-refundable. However, if you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will transfer your deposit to your rescheduled appointment.

No-Show or Late Cancellations: If you fail to show up for your appointment or cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, your deposit will be forfeited.

Special Considerations

Promotional Offers: Refunds for services and products purchased during promotional offers will be based on the amount paid and not on the regular price.
